DD Associates ("we") provides premium audit services to insurance carriers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- From this website: the name, company, email, phone number and message you enter in our contact form.
- For audits: business records provided by policyholders or their representatives, such as payroll reports, tax forms, subcontractor information and certificates of insurance, along with policy information provided by the insurance carrier that assigned the audit.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries sent through this website.
- To complete premium audits assigned by insurance carriers and report the results to that carrier.
We do not sell personal or business information, and we do not share it except with the insurance carrier that assigned the audit, people the policyholder authorizes, or as required by law.
How we protect it
Audit records are accessed only by the people working on the audit and the assigning carrier, and electronic records are kept in password-protected business systems. Records are retained and disposed of according to each carrier's requirements.
